"Customer service could have been better. We called for directions and no one there could help much. I called to get a couple of pillows and I was told they only had one left....Plenty of empty rooms. Just no effort........"

"For us the inclusive airport shuttle, continental breakfast and 24hr free coffee/juice together with the free internet access for emails made it unbeatable value for money and I have recommended all my friends to use it when passing through SF but not for sight-seeing in SF unless they have a hire car."
