"Very unfriendly and poor service, hotel and staff did not do anything to make us comfortable....they gave us the wrong room. Never apologized, charged us anyway and never returned our reimbursement....the rooms were small. claustrophic, and smell ed musty. the elevator didnt work and they had 4 stories. No parking for customers available....it was dark and gloomy, I would NEVER stay here and NEVER reccomment to anyone!!!"
