"Can only praise the staff. From the moment we parked the car (and they suggested that we get a bus/cable car pass to avoid parking issues in San Francisco) to our early morning departure three days later, they were friendly, answered our questions, provided insight into the city, etc. Only heads up we would offer to other travelers is that the hotel faces a very busy street and the traffic noise was fairly loud all day/night. For those accustomed to this, it probably wouldn't be a problem. For those from quiet neighborhoods, it may keep them awake at night!"
