"Dirty. Toilet/bath down the hall - didn't say that when I booked. Cheap!"

"I did hear one guest complaining that she had mistakenly entered the wrong room. Her key, apparently, acted as a master for all other rooms. This caused some consternation; I did not check to see if my own room key performed the same function but it would be quite worrying if this were the case. However, the desk clerks were, on the whole, very good at policing movements in and out of the hotel. We were also allowed to check in early on our return visit. In terms of value for money, this hotel is highly recommended on location alone. It's no frills and basic but close to all of the major amenities - great for the budget traveller."

"The hotel was a bit spare on the amenities (shampoo, soap, no clock, bad tv reception) but otherwise quiet and clean and centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was a comfortable, serviceable place. A good hotel for visitors who plan to be out seeing the city most of the day and just need a place to stay for the night."

"Staff on duty did not know how to disable the fire alarm when a guest mistakenly activated it during a power outage."
