"The front desk made a misstake and checked me into a room for someone else with my last name. When I opened the door I surprised a man standing naked inside. I went back to the front desk, and they were very apologetic and ultimately gave me a bottle of wine for my experience. I assume the gentleman got a case! But, seriously, misstakes happen and they handled it well, as I didn't ask for any concession."
