"Was told I would get a newspaper in the morning. No newspaper. Later, when I inquired about it they realized there is no paper on the weekends. The room brochure says there are drinks etc in the refrigerator. There is only the empty refrig. which is fine but they should update their information. Their checkout time is 1 p.m. and that is great!!! They charge $23.00 to park the car in front of the hotel--outdoors. It is not secure and someone could steal a car whereas other places have a key or ticket to produce to get a car out of an underground or parking lot. They could get some spaces in the underground parking lot for valet service. On the other hand, in you park it yourself, it is only $13.00 per day.
The service personnel are friendly but not updated on hotel services--when you do and don't get newpapers. They won't call for a taxi until you come downstairs and then you have to wait instead of the taxi being ready to go."
